Description

3D Modern Apartment living room The mesh in the scene have been exported out as obj and FBX which are included. This has been created using 3DS Max (version 2014) and Mental ray. There are textures (included) applied to some of the models to add extra detail, these models have had uv mapping applied. Polys : 149,566 Verts : 75531 Most the models have 1 level of turbosmooth applied however should you require more you can adjust this easily.
