This product contains the blend file where you can append the animations from the Action folder of the blend file. What is included in this Pose Library: ASL Signs for the letters A through Z, Numbers 0 through 9, and an arm pose to hold your arm straight up to play the hand animations. I cannot stress this enough, please only purchase this product if you have the Avastar Bento plug-in for Blender which is meant for animation and rigging for the Second Life virtual world.
