This is a reasonably low-poly small bedside table, with completely measured realistic proportions, and photographed textures.
It's UV unwrapped for the texture, with a few overlapping UVs, but also has a separate lightmap with no overlapping UVs (See images). The main texture is 2048x2048 pixels.
It's been modelled in blender 2.8 to a perfect scale for importing to engines such as UE4 (Metric units, in centimetres), and its dimensions are X=0.37m, Y=0.4 and Z=0.52.
In the images it has a bevel modifier, and that can be easily toggled in the blender files provided. The blender file also contains a simple lighting setup and floor plane (With material) in a separate group.
It has been modelled without any plugins.
