Berlin Residence Solmstrasse 44 (Interior/Exterior) 3D Model

This Berlin apartment building was built in the 1870s and is adressed to the Solmstrasse in Berlin Kreuzberg. The street is named after the aristrocratic family Solm which owed the city Baruth near Berlin. The apartment building consists of a front building and two side wings, that form a typical tightly stretched backyard. The facade is designed in an elegant and reserved classical way. This model is an exactly detailed one. It was constructed in Archicad and visualized in Cinema 4d R16. It is an original reproduction in shape and scale. Inside this modell, there is a typical and functionable room structure with walls, wall openings, doors and windows. So this model can be also used for indoor renderings and offers a dialog between in- and outside, if you put it in other neighborhoods or scenes.
