Description
Residential multi-apartment three-story building built in the Soviet Union, performed in strict Soviet design.
Features of appearance:
-no balconies
-Three floors, more common buildings 2-5 storey
-The window frames at that time were painted most often with different colors depending on the apartment because the tenants of the house painted the frames themselves, but there were no stacks at that time
-2 entrances
-The building was not well maintained, obviously in the slums
Technical features of the model:
-The model consists of three parts
-Base of the building is made with open faces to save polygons
-small details are all executed in detail without the use of cards with an alpha channel, all small details can be deleted or replaced with simpler polygons for economy, but the appearance will suffer
- The foundation of the building uses several different textures for the ability to apply graffiti, etc. so that they do not repeat.
-Testures of windows and frames are diverse and roughly coincide with the logic of the location of the apartments
-Model is made only as a decoration, apartments are absent!
-Model not anti-aliasing

*The model is tested in the engine Unreal Enjane 4, no errors, the model is presented in the content format (.uasset), the scene in which the screenshots were taken is not included in the content - (in the folder only the texture model and materials), lightmaps are not - generated standard, some problems with shadows are possible due to the fact that the model consists of 3 parts but everything is solved by the settings of the model for illumination, the textures are used by the resolution of 2048x2048 format TGA, the model does not have their own LOD.
