The PLZ-07 self-propelled howitzer was presented for the first time to the public during the military parade in Beijing for the 60th anniversary of the Chinese army (PLA), the 01 October 2009. The PLZ-07 has been in service with PLA (People's Liberation Army), Chinese Army.
