City Block 3D Model

CITY BLOCK This is our latest city block design. Prepared for dusk render with HDR lighting and VRay lights. The model includes high poly and low poly features. General environment and buildings around the city block are modelled as low poly. All trees are prepared in SpeedTree, converted to VRay Mesh Proxies. Proxies are also included in zip files. The model is prepared in 3DS MAX 2016. The Model is rendered in VRay 3.20. Cameras are included. Lights are included. The model is prepared in real World scale (m). Texture paths are stripped. All the necessary elements are UVW Unwrapped. Ready to render. Smoothed poly and vertice counts in the render are: P: 3.303.202 V: 4.170.168 Have fun and don't forget to check and rate my models.
