City House Building 1 3D Model

Here is a modern apartment building with european style. There are 4 floors and 1 entrance floor and 1 basement floor containing shelter and carpark apartment.(only the entrance asphalt ramp modelled) The roof is zinc roof with two kiosks and terraces as up stairs extension of 4th floor flats. Inside walls are also included with openings only (not door leaves). The building is modeled from ready architectonic drawings. Exterior facade design is made with MAX. Dimensions are in centimeters: Building height is 2113cm width is 1114cm length is 2578cm Garden width is 1643cm length is 3190cm Render settings are optimized for a quick but high quality render for simulating a realistic hires exterior scene The objects and are named architecturally and gathered in the according group s so it is easy to work with it. (for merging parts to other files or search in file etc.) In the group named CITY HOUSE BUILDING, the building with carpark part only is included. All file formats contain identical geometry as seen above with clean and accurate construction (see wire frames above). All details have been fully modeled out. Materials and/or textures may need to be adjusted for the formats besides max format. OBJ format contains only the objects, all of other contain the cameras and animation. 3d max 2011 and vray 1.5-2.0 render plugin is used.
