Now included with this car model is the above shown house which is also in real world scale.The default car model has now also been re-scaled to real world size. The house can be downloaded separately for free after buying this car. Still the same price. If you have problems with the non-blender formats then please know that they can be gained through turbosquids free & professional file conversion service. No modifiers to worry about but,if you want to subsurf then lvl 1 is all that's needed for a nice complete smooth state but, current state is good enough and poly efficient,please see wireframes shots above. The shaders and materials are not included except with the blender version due to the shaders and materials being blender cycles internal. The only texture map used is a bump map for the water in the moat of the house addon which can be downloaded separately in the supporting items area of this model. All parts are conveniently separated and named. Unnamed format is in x3d form please note.
