Hi there,
Here a garbage container model I created. Model created in Maya 2018. Whole model has 1 UV set and 2 different texture sets.(one of them is clean version and the other one is dirty version) All textures baked in 2K PBR ready for Unity 5 and Unreal Engine 4.
