Description
Detailed model of the Eames Molded Fiberglass/Plastic Arm Chair with 4-leg Metal Base. Modeled with attention paid to detail to closely match the real world chair.
8 color ways (with shaders and file textures in the C4D files), including 4 fiberglass and 4 plastic versions.
Poly count can vary depending on which items are smoothed. For instance, smaller items such as bolts don't need smoothing, or can have a smoothing level of 1. While larger items like the seat or legs could be smoothed to 1 or 2. For reference, without any smoothing the model is 2,162 polys. Smoothing level 1 = 8,688. With an optimized (mixed) smoothing it's 22,872 (smoothing level of 1 for bolts/leg base, and smoothing level of 2 for seat/legs).
C4D files contain texture/shading information. Other formats do no include texturing, but are still UV mapped. The 8 seat shaders have color and normal file textures that can be re-used in other formats.
Both R 15 and R 13 versions included for C4D. Also included are R 15 and R13 versions with the exact lighting/camera setup as in the thumbnails above (including an HDRI map for lighting). Just open the files, hit render, and you've got the same photo-real results as the thumbnails above! R 15 and R 13 versions also include that only have the chair and shaders (no lighting/cameras), for easier importing into projects. FBX, OBJ, MA, and MB versions also included. Versions of the
Rendered with the C4D Physical Renderer in version R 15. R 13 version with lighting/camera setup renders the same as the R 15 version.
