House Exterior 3D Model

37300 x 28700 x 8060 mm. Modelled in 3ds max 2018. Rendered in V-ray adv 3.60.03. Model consists of 365807 polys and 424980 verts without trees and 10923746 polys and 15825710 verts with them. So I divided file into two parts: model itself and trees (easily merges). Textures and hdri maps are included. Interior is not included. Model is carefully grouped. State sets are customized, textures and materials are prepared, so model is ready to render at download. Be awared, it hits quite hard on hardware (sic), because of vray fur, roof and trees (if merged). Heavy freezes at geometry are expected. Also renderer is setted for high quality. State sets: FlyNight; MainCornerNight; FlyDay; FacadeRearDay; BackPorchDay; FacadeDay; MainCornerDay. Please, let me know if something wrong. Good luck!
