Modelled in Maya 2014. Exported and replicated in Cinema 4D R16 and 3DS Max 2014. Rendered in Maya with Arnold.

The bottle and whiskey/bourbon liquid can be smoothed and unsmoothed.
UVs are overlapping to allow for best quality on the labels.
The model is to an exact size of the actual bottle.
