Kindergarden 3D Model

Here is REVIT project file and 3ds MAX file of modern urban city KINDERGARDEN building. There are 3 floors and 1 basement floor with backyard as space for kid's playground. The roof is flat roof. Dimensions are in centimeters: Building height 1447 cm length is 2714 cm (including garden part) width is 1400 cm REVIT file is as the preview images accordingly. It contains the 3D BIM info as well as the 2D details and notations etc. Render settings are optimized for a quick but high quality render for simulating a realistic hires exterior scene All file formats contain identical geometry as seen above with clean and accurate construction (see wire frames above). All details, interior and exterior have been fully modeled out.(refer to the very last REVIT image) For each triple of preview still images: First image is rendered from 3ds Max 2015 and V-Ray 3.00.08 render plug-in, Second image is rendered from 3ds Max 2018 and Arnold default render engine, Third image is rendered from 3ds Max 2015 and MRay with standard materials. The images after the wirefame images are from REVIT 2018 software. All MAX scene is included. For other bim software like Archicad, Allplan etc., IFC 2.2 file is also included. All formats are zipped with map files except DWG and FBX file formats. HDR background image is not included with the zipped files as it is very huge.
