Description
Medium detailed model of what was originally a large residential home for the elderly with commercial properties on the ground floor, although it can also be used for office space.
Materials are also supplied with this model and can be seen in the previews albeit, with very little effort you could tailor the building to suit your needs.
The original renders are completed using vray as are the materials, though the maps are enclosed for use with any render engine you choose.
