Description
This is a very detailed and realistic 3d model the Leicester University Engineering Building by Stirling and Gowan, 1958-65. It is a very influential building of British Brutalism.
The model was created in Rhino, in millimetre units.
Good computational facilities are essential to run it at the glazed roof structure is very detailed (see 2nd photo).
The product includes textures for the signature brick facade and a concrete texture for the building right next to it. Glass and all other materials were created within Rhino.
I used Photoshop for the render in the 6th Photo, the model can be imported into other software obviously.
