Low-Poly Duplex 3D Model

This is a model of duplex residential building. Can be instantiated side by side. Thought for games, also fit for hi-res video if use as background component, etc. Not meant for close-ups. Previews are rendered with V-Ray 1.5 SP2 (unless specified!) - 4 zip files; Max in standard and V-Ray, 3Ds and Obj. - Model is a polygonal mesh with triangles and quads. Polygons: 3882 Triangles: 7428 Vertices: 4576 - It is fully unwrapped and mostly non-overlapped (only small dificult to see details are overlapped to save space for bigger polys). - Only one material applied. All texture maps are in each zip file. - Textures are; diffuse, specular, glossiness, displacement and normals. - All 8192x8192 pixels. There are lower resolutions available to download separately. - The windows coverings are 1 poly, they are easy to move up and down to achieve more variety if the building is multiplied. The scene is set at real world scale. Units in centimeters. All is centered, named, grouped and a selection set and layer is created.
