Description
Historic representation of a Marian Legionary cohort. Apart from the variations of the legionary it also includes the eagle bearer, the Aquilifer.
The model is fully rigged and it contains several versions of clothing, weapons and various other parts.
The character is made of two textures that are of 2048*2048 resolution in .dds format and include the diffuse, normal, specular and opacity maps.
The normals at the seams are welded.
There Legionary has 6 heads, 5 helmets, 5 weapons(3 pilum types and 2 gladius swords), 4 shields, 2 scabbards, 2 pugio, 1 chainmail, 2 shoulder pads, 5 tunic types and other parts.
The standard bearer has 6 heads, 3 armors, 1 helmet, 1 mask, 1 bear cloak, 1 gladius, 2 scabbards, 2 pugio, 2 belts, 1 sandals and other parts.

The scene was rendered with Scanline.
The .psd files used in the creation of the textures are included such that easier changes can be done, all the layers are still intact(changes the colour scheme, remove or add features, etc.)

-charge loop animation sample and idle animation sample
-textures(.dds's w/ diffuse, alpha, specular, normal maps) and materials used
-three 2048*2048.psd files
-various formats(.3ds, .obj, .fbx)
Notes:
-the opacity and specular maps are the alpha channels of the textures;
-the skeleton and animation are baked;
-frame 0 contains the cross pose;
-check the .txt file for the scene summary saved from 3ds max;
