This is the MH-U(Medical Humanoid - Uno)
It is a Robot / Humanoid that fictionally functions as a health bot. With a Retro looking design it is a great robot for posters, as action figure or to animate.
The MH-U is part of the Aura project, meaning that more robotics will come out soon.
