Soft armchair model. Real-world scale (almost 1:1) Only quads which is perfect for Subdivs. Originally created in Blender 2.82a Converted to several useful formats. Clean topology. UV Unwrapped with multiple channels: 1. Clean unwrap for textures. 2. Lightmap pack for realtime engines such as UE4 and Unity Baked 2k textures: -DiffuseColor -Roughness -Normal -AO Rendered in Cycles. Looks good in Eevee too. 3DS Max scene in Corona renderer (Corona MTL). For other universal formats there might be some manual manipulations such as setting texture path.
