Modern Brick Home 3D Model

Modern brick home with glass front on garden side.
Mainly exterior model, interior only rudimentary behind the glass wall and behind some windows.

High quality and clean model. Has been created and submitted for Checkmate Pro certification. No cleanup necessary.

Mostly quads (99.2%), some triangles (0.8%) and no ngons.

Rendered images created in native format 3ds max 2011.

Brick and asphalt texture, all other surface effects created with mental ray arch&design materials. Main brick texture is applied via UV map. Window sill and truss have unwrapped UVs.

OBJ file format included. Please note that the mental ray materials used in native format will not work with OBJ. Material library is saved and materials therefore can be easily replaced.
