New Home 3D Model

I have made sure there is a copy of evertything so that in case of a mistake you can recover without loosing anything. The house was designed by me as I wanted to build a custom home and since I had Lightwave I decided to built it to scale doing it the hard way. by that, I mean, building it with two by fours as they would really do. I finallized the front of the home and left the back side open so I could go through it and make changes as needed. Leter on I found out, because of health issues I had to buy a single story home. So I finallized the object house and let it set. I fingured I would list it at a low price for those of you who would like to mess around with all the walls and the home in general. Its built in Lightwave 2015.3. A lot of the walls are also included and there are multiple copies of the upper, lower, finished home and foulders as I stated above. If you purchase this object I hope you'll get as much enjoyment out of it as I have. TurboSquid also has an object converter, for free, that will convert objects into different platforms for those of you who have a different 3D program. Place a folder in the right folders on your computer. Images goes into Images, ect. You can name the main folder whatever you wish.
