Old Rural Cabin 3D Model

Old Cabin is a game ready, low-poly house asset that has two rooms and a small corridor section. It uses 1 material only, making it performance friendly - good for mobiles as well. Texture maps are PBR, using the metallic workflow; Albedo, Metallic, Gloss, Normal, AO, detail albedo and normal (optionally overlay them). Texture atlas resolution is 4K POT, reduce it to 2K for mobile and/or top-down games. The asset comes with 2 UV sets, the second one is non-overlapping for lightmapping. It also comes with a collider mesh. As shown in the screenshot, there is a variant created for top-down games. Doors are separated and pivoted properly for animations.
