Description
This is a new 3D version of my inherited old silver-spoon from around 1900.
It was modeled in C4D R14 - but R13 and R12 also work fine.
The decoration on the handle was sculpted onto a high-resolution spoon to generate the normal-maps used in this asset. The normal-maps are of the type "tangent" so that the spoon can be deformed (in case you are a mentalist ;-) see the second turntable for an example).
The model is UV-mapped.
The zipped file contains:
One project file,
One medium-resolution mesh of the spoon (11824 polygons) with the material "shiny" applied,
One low-resolution mesh of the spoon (740 Polygons)
with the material "shiny" applied,
One medium-resolution mesh of the spoon (11824 polygons) with the material "tarnished" applied,
One low-resolution mesh of the spoon (740 Polygons)
with the material "tarnished" applied,
one textured sphere as an environment (reflection and/or global illumination),
one textured rounded cube as a table.
The textures have a resolution of 2048 x 2048.
The model was created with C4D R14.
The native file includes camera and lighting used to
create the main thumbnails.
For the other formats the textures are included but not necessarily applied and the material-settings are not included.
