Description

Typical France - Parisian restaurant / hotel facade / display window. In the front of facade typical Parisian elements like outdoor chairs, tables, flowerpot etc. Best for architectural vizualization, CGI scenography etc Every elements have a high quality UV textures. Added Photoshop PSD UV-texture of facade with layers to change names, colors, texts, stickers etc! Every elements are logical named. There is also a scene to FBX/OBJ conversion, but I suggest to ask for conversion of the TurboSquid from LWO/LWS format.
