Description

A detailed version of Poul Kjaerholm"s 1961 side chair, the PK9 was carefully modelled, based on the manufacturer"s original blueprints, to show perfect shading behaviour under all lighting conditions and in extreme close-ups. All parts, including screws and seams in the seat, were modelled for more realism. Although the chair is relatively poly-light, the seat part will benefit from an extra level of subdivision (mesh smooth or turbo smooth). The preview renders attached show the model with an extra level of subdivision for the seat. The seat and the steel tripod feet were modelled separately to allow for easy material editing. The seat is properly UV-mapped and comes with high-quality leather bump and specular maps. Note that the files provided only contain basic materials definitions. You may have to create or edit the materials depending on your 3D application and renderer. Make sure you check the provided high-res versions of the preview renders.
