Description

A highly detailed model of a British Police public call box, otherwise known to sci-fi fans as a Type 40 TARDIS. Model is fully textured and all the main body parts are uv mapped. Model comes in two variants, a 'flight' variant with illuminated windows and a 'ground' variant with plain windows and a ground plane. The only procedural texture is the pebbled glass on the lower windows, which uses a voronoi texture. Materials are set up for the Blender Cycles renderer. By default the background is set to transparent so that you can comp in the background of your choice. You will have to set up materials in the application of your choice. In the 'comp' picture we have used a public domain Hubble image from NASA. As it is public domain, we have provided it as an alternate download. The images were rendered with a studio HDRI environment map. This image is not included as the license does not permit commercial distribution.
