Pterosaur 3D Model

Pterosaur Modelled and animated by Torsten Schneyer, Anders und Seim Neue Medien AG. This is a realistic and detailed model of one of the greatest flying creatures ever lived on earth - the Pterosaur, more precisely the Pteranodon. Model: This great dinosaur mesh comes in two levels of detail: a nurbs version and a polygon version for realtime projects (7907 triangles). Textures: The HiRes-textures are made of real elefant-, whale- and reptile skin shots and some photoshop painting. Animation: The pterosaur is fully rigged and equipped with 59 bones to garant usability for any important flight animations. The rigging supports: -All kind wing flaps -turning the head and moving the feet -open/close the beak There are two anim cycles included in the lws-files: *normal flight (wing flapping) in 40 frames *500 frames of gliding with some screams and "look arounds"
