Retail Store 3D Model

Retail Store - This small store looks more like a piece that belongs on a model train set. Whether abandoned and decrepit or brand new and doing a thriving business, this small building would be perfect for any street scene Presentation images were rendered using Substance Painter's IRay rendering engine Wireframe and UV images were rendered in Maya 2020 using the Arnold render engine I could only list the UV's as overlapping. They really aren't, they are separated as UV sets should be. The individual UV sets are pictured in the presentation images.
