This is very accurate scene with model of sci-fi building in two versions (different windows). Good mesh topology, no ngons, no overlapping vertices and faces. Mesh is not intended for subdivision.
Optimized and clear geometry, model is very light in viewport.

Two versions included:
- 3ds Max - standard version with standard materials, skydome, no light,
- 3ds Max V-Ray version with V-Ray materials, skydome and light,
FBX and Obj formats have UVS works correctly. Skydome included.

Models in scene were made without ngons and to keep polycount as low as possible:
