Modern Stairs NURBS-model is for Cinema 4D + VRay but can of course be used in standard Cinema 4D as well as in all other 3D softeware. Exchange files for other software plus a Oak wood texture is included. The floor height is 280 cm. In Cinema 4D You can change everything quite easily. The contains a lot of instances.
