Summer Beach Set contains low/medium and for SubDiv objects. (more detailed information about each component of this scene can be found on my TurboSquid profile) I provide you 3 file formats: .max (2014), .obj+mtl, .fbx + .rar will all necessary textures. DM me if you face any problems or you need additional formats to be provided The dry palm umbrella top is created with CoronaScatter (.max), which is converted to the geometry in .obj and .fbx files. the whole scene (with CoronaScatter _ON_) -- polygons - 350.378; verts - 345.303 -- the whole scene (with CoronaScatter _OFF_) -- polygons - 335.842; verts - 308.799 -- the whole scene in .obj and .fbx -- polygons - 346.994; verts - 336.035 -- The map sizes vary from 512x512 to 4096x4096, but their resolution can be easily reduced fitting your requirements.
