Modeled with Autodesk Maya 2016 using polygons.
With materials and textures.
Mental Rays Mia Material X is used for all objects in the scene. The file called ' render ' is to render like the first imatge with Maya Mental ray. For best results add a render occlusion on it.
Included more than 10 different Buildings and some boats and street elements.
I also give you the psd file for the composition sky sunset of the render.
