Description
This low/medium poly Glider is built near to scale within couple of percent of actual general dimensions. It is fully textured and has animateable control surfaces including ailerons, rudder and elevators. The canopy can be opened to reveal a good cockpit. This model comes in 12 formats.
The SZD-22 Mucha Standard was a Polish development to produce a competitive glider for the 1958 World Gliding Championships.
It was successful and more than 250 were ultimately built. It was a direct development from the earlier SZD-12 Mucha 100 from 1953.
This glider had air brakes, a single main gear and skids on the tail. These aircraft were exported to Great Britain, Argentina, Austria, Denmark, France and other countries.
