Description
General Information:
The Tonfa is a short baton shaped melee weapon, which originated in medieval Okinawa. Traditional use of the Tonfa requires the user to dual wield a pair of Tonfa, while modern police use calls for a single Tonfa. Police often supplement the Tonfa with a riot shield. An excellent nonlethal self defense weapon, the Tonfa can be used to strike, jab, parry, block and disarm opponents.
