A design for a turboprop airplane with two elevators, one mounted on top of the rudder as a T-Tail one at the bottom as a regular tail - this kind of twin tail design is sort of a (surprisingly actually somewhat sensible) compromise between the two designs, evening out the aerodynamic profile over different AOA's ran a few simulations on this testing how feasible the whole thing might be
