Description

This is a Vampire Bat creature concept designed for a television series that unfortunately never got off the ground. Of course, the silver lining is that now I can share the model with the community. The spec animation is attached to the posting, so check that out if you're interested. The animation and header image were rendered with mental ray but I have since cleaned up the model and transferred everything over to a vray with vector displacement setup. All maps are 8192x8192: Diffuse Displacement (32bit) Vector Displacement (32bit) Normal The included .ma scene is setup for vector displacement but can easily be switched over to traditional if need be. Hopefully this ugly thing can find life beyond the initial project. Enjoy!
