Fast render
For the background a HDRI (packed in the .blend file) ha been used, a giant cube with a Principled Volume Shader makes the fog effect possible. The streetis rich in details, many color ramp nodes has been used as mix factors between different group of the material, sush as "Mud" and "Bump node". All the materials are easy to work with and every texture used in the scene as been packed in the .blend file.
