Water Tower 3D Model

A great addition to your grungy scene or game. Do you have a game that requires rusty looking props? Then this water tower is just for you. Formats included: - Maya 2015 file(.mb) - Modo 801 archive project folder - archived Textures folder - .fbx file - .obj archive folder (including .mtl file) - .dae file Maya and Modo files are set such that textures have relative paths - please read instructions. When using dae, fbx and obj files you may need to assign materials/textures manually; Materials and textures have been appropriatey named to make this easy. The model was built using Maya 2015. Textures were carefully crafted in Photoshop in conjunction with photographic images, then fine-tuned in Mudshop and finally baked out in MODO 801. UVs were prepared in UVLayout. This model consists of 3 objects/meshes with associate textures and materials and with this greater resolution the water tower can be used both in games and for high quality renders. - Model is real life scale and units used are meters. - Textures included 2048 x 2048k, easily scaled down to 1024 x 1024k if required. - The preview renders were made done in the Unreal Engine 4 game engine. - Neat topology and UV layouts without any ngons. - Diffuse textures include baked ambient occlusion. - Material has a diffuse, specular and normal map, suitably named for easy reference/application.
