Yo-Yo Toy Blue is a 3d model of small, handheld toy consisting of two disks with a metal or plastic axle in the center.

A string is wound around the axle and the user holds one end of the string while throwing the yo-yo downwards. As the yo-yo reaches the end of the string, it can be pulled back up to the user's hand by a flick of the wrist, causing the string to wind back around the axle. Yo-yos can be used for a variety of tricks and stunts, such as "walking the dog" or "rocking the baby." They are popular among children and adults for their simplicity and entertainment value.
