Low Poly Tree - Small Full Crowned.
Designed to be efficient with alpha counting and to keep very high detail even with huge texture's resolution decrease.
To do that, model use two tileable in all directions textures assigned to three drawcalls(shaders - supported by standard: spec/displacement/normal/gloss/occlusion maps)
Bark textures:

barkcrt_gloss.jpg - 4096x4096 px glossiness map
barkcrt_nrml.jpg - 4096x4096 px normalmap

barkcrt_spc.jpg - 4096x4096 px specular map
Branch/Leaf texture:
branchcrt_color.tga - 2048x2048 px color + alpha
branchcrt_dspl.jpg - 512x512 px displacement map
branchcrt_gloss.tga - 2048x2048 px glossiness + alpha
branchcrt_nrml.jpg - 2048x2048 px normal map
branchcrt_occl.jpg - 2048x2048 px occlusion map
branchcrt_spec.tga - 2048x2048 px specular map + alpha
One texture (barkcrt) was build for bark surface,
second (branchcrt) for branches/leafs. Branch-texture is used for internal part of crown without alpha/opacity and for external part with alpha/opacity turned on.
Alpha/Opacity is stored in color TGA's alpha channel.
For sure, there is also opacity stored with gloss and spec in it's alphas to avoid blinking/shining on invisible surfaces in Maya's Mental Ray.
Shaders in Maya file has 'gamma_correct' node plugged between color texture's RGB output and shader's diffuse input. It has been set that way to render properly with 'physical sun and sky' lighting.
Included textures have high resolutions to simplify their modifications if needed, but as mentioned there is a huge margin to decrease texture's size and still keep really good texel.
To open model you need:
for max file: 3DStudio MAX 2013 or higher
for mb file: Maya 2014 or higher
Model is also stored as OBJ file:
- tree_small01.obj - file contains complete model
but to avoid problem with shader signing there are also separated meshes included, stored as:
- tree_small01_bark.obj - bark - separated part of the model
- tree_small01_branch_inside.obj - surrounding leafs as separate mesh
- tree_small01_branch_outside.obj - internal part of leafs for branches
