Berlin Residence Luetzowplatz 7 (Interno / Esterno) Modello 3D

Once this building was situated in the city center of Berlin and was destroyed in the Second World War. It was addressed to the Luetzowplatz in Charlottenburg, a square which became a residential area of famous artists and public persons. Especially this small classical town palace was built for the senior civil servant W. von Moerner between 1873-1874. This model is an exactly detailed one and was constructed in Archicad and visualized in Cinema 4d R16. There is a simple room structure with walls and wall openings inside the building. So this model can be also used for indoor renderings and offers a dialog between in- and outside, if you put it in other neighborhoods or scenes. It is an original reproduction in shape and scale. If you need this model without its complex interior structure see TurboSquid Product ID: 990179
