Berlin Residence Luetzowplatz 7 (Interior/Exterior) 3D Model

Once this building was situated in the city center of Berlin and was destroyed in the Second World War. It was addressed to the Luetzowplatz in Charlottenburg, a square which became a residential area of famous artists and public persons. Especially this small classical town palace was built for the senior civil servant W. von Moerner between 1873-1874. This model is an exactly detailed one and was constructed in Archicad and visualized in Cinema 4d R16. There is a simple room structure with walls and wall openings inside the building. So this model can be also used for indoor renderings and offers a dialog between in- and outside, if you put it in other neighborhoods or scenes. It is an original reproduction in shape and scale.
