Modeled and rendered in Cinema 4D. C4D file has all cameras and lighting. Sub poly displacement used for texture of fabric, can be turned off for faster renders, and replaced with a normal and / or bump map.
Maya file has textures set up for color, will need to set up displacement / bump / or normal maps. These images are included in the supporting items when you download.
All other formats do not natively hold textures and images will need to be relinked. Images are clearly named to make this process easier. For the fabric texture you can either use UV mapping or cubic mapping. Tile the fabric texture to the desired scale (around 100 is what I used). For the wood textures, use the "zebrano" wood image and set to UV map. The wood textures have overlapping UVs to make better use of the small texture.
