I'm new to this. Where are the textures and materials. All I find in the 'Textures' folder are two jpeg's 'white' and 'black' and a tga file for the tires. Am I missing something? Should there be more?
Hello, I was wondering where you learned to model cars in 3D. I have had a hard time finding tutorials on car modelling and I am having a hard time doing it on my own. I can get so much of it modelled and it starts to go downhill. Thanks!
its takes time, and its not about car modelin, its about first learning basic modeling, let say a simple bonet cover that still takes some sort of intermediate skill to develop.
Cars ar very complex models, so as long as you dont know how to model one shape out of another, its difficult. I suggest you start from Zmodeler, its a 4/5 MB application focused towards car mnodeling for Need for Speed, you will find a ton of tutorials on car modeling in Zmodeler. Its free. so yeah, if you are realliy into in, you should take start now
I have a doubt, if I create a video game and I use the car in the game and I sell the video game that uses the model will there be a problem with the license?
One more question, this applies to all cars on the page, I mean that if I can use the cars in a commercial game echo for me?
Open the .blend file with blender and export the model as an .obj, or .fbx format.
Export Blender: https://docs.blender.org/manual/ko/dev/data_system/files/import_export.html
Import Unity: https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/HOWTO-ImportObjectBlender.html
Sorry this isn't completely comprehensive, but basically what I did was select it, then its material and reload the image texture (for the tyre) and that's basically just what I did whenever I saw an error like that (for the number plate I selected the front one). And I'm guessing the colour of the body is just to do with materials.
