Scene objects are organized by layers / groups. Clean & Quad based topology. Mesh is created with goal of achieving highest fidelity while maintaining efficiency. To avoid unnecessary support loops, this model is not intended for subdivision. However clean topology allows to turn this into a subd mesh quickly ( that option would go well with 8k maps that you may export from provided Substance Painter project file).
