Shades for the model are included.
You will not get some of textures. Wooden floor, pictures on the wall and image of panorama ar not included. I downloaded them from net so you can do it also, the net is ful of them :) Fifth image shows render that you will get.

This scene are made in Max 8, and than export as .3ds format.
