The geometry is clean,smoothable,lightweight and based on edgeloop topology.
The control mesh has an optimal polycount and rational distribution of geometry.
Topology studied for animation in mind.
The control(subD 0) mesh has 9045 polygons(quads)in total and is able to deform well when animated.
The model is subdivision ready(smoothable) to subdivide to a desired mesh resolution.Just apply a SubD algorithm to the meshes to smooth them to a desired mesh resolution.
Optimal stance for working(rigging).
No N-gons used.
The scene includes detailed gums,eyes and boxer models also.

The Max scene file comes with two rendering setups:V-Ray and mental ray.
