Sofa and armchair set
Are you looking for models into your architectural vizualisation? This set will look awesome in your render and you don't have to spend any time preparing it as it is ready-to-render. It consists of one sofa, one armchair, a lamp, glass table and tea set.
Technical info
Everything was done using Blender and Cycles rendering engine.
Sofa and armchair are with leather material, table is made of glass, tea set has procedural clay material and plate is wooden. Everything is sorted, properly named, in the real-world-scale.
No Subdivision: 22 598 Verts., 22 862 Faces, 44 796 Tris.
Subd. turned on (Used for renders): 363 247 Verts., 362 958 Faces, 725 788 Tris.

Open your own .blend
Go to File > Append
Go into models/groups
Select model/group you want to append
Materials
Materials are leather, glass, wood, clay metal.
There are two kinds of leather, but they differ only in color which is determined using color ramp. Color texture is turned into black/white and using color ramp you may do in any color you want. There are difuse, normal and spec textures included. The specularity map is heavily modified in node editor, but all you care about is the color ramp.
Metal material is just basic - mixed difuse and glossy.
Wood is mixed difuse and glossy using pointiess and with normal map applied.
Clay is made of two difuse shaders mixed using pointiness and with bump generated using noise texture.
