Render with scanline with just a skylight for the lighting.
The model is rigged and skinned with a biped for the body, some bones for the tongue and dummys for the eyes. The skinning has been made with a skin modifier for the body and the tongue.
The walking animation is include within the scene and the base pose is at the -1 frame.
The eyes are linked at the skull and look at the Dummies in front of them. Move the bigger dummy to move the eyes.
The character is comprised of 4 objects : Giraffe, Tongue, Left_Eye and Right_Eye
There is one texture (Tga) for the body and the tongue.
The eyes have a procedural Gradient Ramp map.
The gamma is set to 2.2, and the scene will render exactly like the images.
Other formats are FBX and Obj. These formats don't have the rigging and skinning but just the models like the not rigged version of this character.
